Training Times
The club is split into 5 squads, Elite, A, B, C, & D, with entry to each squad being based on a combination of age and ability. Generally swimmers will progress up through the squads as they gain experience and their technique and times improve. As they progress, the time commitment to training will also increase rising to 5-6 sessions in Elite, A and B squads.
