Welcome

To our swimming club

Hamilton Baths Amateur Swimming Club was founded in 1912 and is now based in Hamilton Water Palace, Almada Street, Hamilton. The club has a membership of over 150 with ages ranging from 6 to over 70. The Water Palace facilities include a 25m pool, a flume, rapids and outdoor lagoon together with a health club and gym. It is operated by South Lanarkshire Council.

Our Aims

The Club's aim is to train and coach swimmers, of all abilities, so that they can reach their full potential as competitive swimmers. The club is therefore engaged regularly in galas and competitions throughout west central Scotland, and sometimes further afield.

ATTENTION ALL Parents

Its the start of the new season of both training and competition, but do you understand exactly how the whole gala thing works? We are having a meeting at 6:45pm in the cafe area on Tuesday 24 August to help explain how entries and the gala system work. This is information you will need if your son/daughter is swimming at mini league level or national level as things have changed recently. Please come along as it will also be an opportunity for you to voice any issues/concerns that you have. For further information please contact any member of the committee
