Hamilton Baths Amateur Swimming Club has been in existence since 1912, some 4 years after the construction of the original Edwardian baths building.   The club is now based in Hamilton Water Palace located on Almada Street, Hamilton and situated immediately adjacent the original building.  The Hamilton Water Palace is a leisure complex which was opened in 1995. It includes a 25m (82 foot) pool, together with a flume, rapids and outdoor lagoon. The complex also contains a health club and gym and is operated by South Lanarkshire Council.  The Club has a membership of over 150 with ages ranging from 6 - 72.
